City of Lights

The place de la Concorde as an inspiration for fine art photography: “City of Lights” is a photograph made by Thomas Speck. It displays a historic contrast between the Luxor Obelisk as an ancient monument of over 3000 years old, the Palais Bourbon as seat of parliament (Assemblée Nationale) resulting from the revolution and contemporary traffic.
