This picture was made in August 2021 in the Camargue area in southern France in the Rhone delta. Wild animals and here flamingos don't really "pose" for a photographer. They do their thing, walk around, clean themselves, or eventually look for food. A scene like in this image is rare and it only takes place a short moment in time. One needs patience. But getting this picture allowed me to express what I had prepared for: flamingos often symbolize romance and are also called love birds. Their pink color is associated with innocence and tenderness. But also with romance and seduction.
